Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions biedt je de variatie die je wil met de zekerheid van een vast contract én continuïteit in je job. Start jij binnenkort op als Sales Assistant bij een van onze klanten in West-Vlaanderen om vervolgens verder te gaan naar jouw volgende uitdaging?

Hier is alvast een voorproefje van jouw takenpakket als Sales Assistant…

  • Orderopvolging: jij volgt bestellingen op van A tot Z. Orders verwerken? Hell yeah! Offertes opmaken? No problemo! Klantenvragen beantwoorden? Jij gaat tot het uiterste voor jouw klanten!
  • Agendabeheer: jij plant nauwgezet afspraken in voor de sales managers.
  • Administratieve ondersteuning: jij bent een rots in de branding voor de sales managers in buitendienst, je ondersteunt hen op vlak van administratie en ad hoc projecten.
  • Klantengegevens opvolgen: je verwerkt klanteninformatie steeds op een foutloze manier, ook de klantendatabase is dankzij jou helemaal up-to-date.
  • Event management: jij biedt ondersteuning bij de organisatie van sales gerelateerde evenementen en beurzen.

Na dit project zorgen we voor een vlotte overgang naar een volgende opdracht bij een ander boeiend bedrijf.

Als Project Consultant wil je graag bijleren of je huidige expertise verder uitbouwen. Daarnaast ben je op zoek naar uitdaging en afwisseling.

Wij zijn steeds op zoek naar kandidaten met:

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma al dan niet aangevuld met relevante ervaring
  • Een vlotte kennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Kennis van andere talen is een plus
  • Knowhow van MS office .
  • Interesse in projectmatig werken. Je vindt het leuk om telkens in een andere omgeving weer andere taken op je te nemen
  • Betrokkenheid, passie & vlotte communicatieskills. Tot slot heb je een klantenvriendelijke en flexibele mindset.
