KWS Infra - Eindhoven Kom vanuit jouw vakgebied impact maken op het succes van onze projecten! Als Project controller binnen KWS Eindhoven ben jij de 'financiële vrouw of man' voor onze projecten. Dat betekent dat je proactief het gesprek aangaat met het projectteam over de voortgang van het project. Zo bouw jij mee aan het succes van onze projectteams! Welkom binnen ons team! We zien de rol van finance binnen projecten steeds crucialer worden. Waar finance tot op heden enkel 'aanschoof' bij grotere projecten, verschuift deze betrokkenheid naar al onze projecten. We realiseren ons dat op ieder project -groot of klein- het verschil gemaakt kan worden wanneer het actieve betrokkenheid is vanuit finance op het gebied van prognosebepaling, cashflow, afwijkingen, kansen en risico's. Daarom deze nieuwe functie van Projectcontroller binnen de vestiging Eindhoven. Kom jij hier invulling aan geven? Wat ga je concreet doen? • Je neem proactieve rol in binnen onze projectteams door o.a. je kosten en opbrengsten snel inzichtelijk te maken en het signaleren van zowel kansen als risico's richting de projectleiding, de Business controller binnen onze vestiging en/of het MT. • Je analyseert en kwantificeert eventuele afwijkingen (en daarmee risico's) en informeert de betrokkenen. • Je documenteert (deel)projecten adequaat, denk daarbij aan de contracten, liquiditeitsprognoses, rapportages etc. en staat voor hetgeen je signaleert. • Je weet precies hoe het project er financieel voorstaat (afwijkingen, cashflow, resultaatsprognose, portefeuille) en bewaakt dit gedurende het project. • Je bent onderdeel van het finance team van KWS Eindhoven en draagt actief bij aan de ontwikkeling hiervan. Wie ben jij? Natuurlijk verwelkomen wij je graag als je bezit over een rugtas vol met financiële ervaring op (infra)projecten.
