Als Project Controls Engineer speel je een sleutelrol in grote, complexe en strategisch belangrijke projecten waar techniek, planning en management samenkomen. Werken bij onze klant betekent werken bij een consultancybureau dat voor de grootste spelers in de bouwsector opereert. Van project naar project, je bent de 'smart friend' van de opdrachtgever, waarbij IT en bouw samenkomen. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten niet alleen gepland, maar ook strategisch gestuurd worden. Door risico’s, scenario’s en afhankelijkheden in kaart te brengen, bied je het projectteam de handvaten om gefundeerde beslissingen te nemen. Je bent een onmisbare schakel in overlegmomenten door complexe informatie te vertalen naar duidelijke keuzes en deze te onderbouwen met analyses.

  • Je adviseert de projectmanager over verschillende domeinen van project controls.
  • Je vertaalt de technische samenhang van complexe projecten naar een heldere en integrale projectplanning.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het planning- en controlproces, inclusief scenario-, risico- en vertragingsanalyses.
  • Je ondersteunt bij wijzigingen en claims voor het projectteam.
  • Je gebruikt projectmanagementsoftware zoals Primavera P6 of MS Project voor alle analyses.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een kandidaat met sterke analytische vaardigheden en een passie voor data en analyse. De ideale kandidaat voldoet aan de volgende eisen:

  • Een masterdiploma in een technische of aanverwante richting (bijvoorbeeld bouwkunde, industriële ingenieurswetenschappen, of soortgelijke richting).
  • Je master diploma is erkend door NARIC.
  • Ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen complexe technische projecten of de wil om dit aan te leren.
  • Kennis van planning- en projectcontrols-software zoals Primavera P6 of MS Project is een must.
  • Vaardigheden in scenario- en risicoanalyses en het vermogen om oplossingen en advies helder te communiceren naar stakeholders.
  • Een proactieve houding en sterke communicatieve en analytische vaardigheden.
  • Engels is de voertaal en daarnaast spreek je vloeiend Nederlands en/of Frans
