Als Projectcontroller binnen een toonaangevende technische installatieorganisatie werk je dicht op de operatie. Je analyseert projectresultaten, adviseert het management en helpt projectteams om financieel onderbouwde keuzes te maken. Over de organisatie De organisatie werkt aan gezonde, comfortabele en toekomstbestendige gebouwen. Ruim 700 medewerkers bouwen en onderhouden technische installaties, waarbij duurzaamheid, comfort en gezondheid van gebruikers centraal staan. De organisatie behoort tot de tien grootste technische installatiebedrijven van Nederland. Tegelijkertijd hebben de verschillende vestigingen een lokaal karakter en een sterke verbinding met hun omgeving. Vanuit de vestiging in Eindhoven werk je in een professionele en toegankelijke organisatie waarin collega's gemakkelijk bij elkaar binnenlopen. De werksfeer is informeel en prettig. De organisatiestructuur is relatief plat en er is ruimte om ideeën te delen, verantwoordelijkheid te pakken en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. De functie Als Projectcontroller ondersteun je de Vestigingsdirectie en Regio Controller op financieel en administratief gebied. Je werkt daarnaast nauw samen met projectleiders, projectmanagers en de tendermanager.Je houdt zicht op de financiële prestaties van projecten en onderhoudscontracten. Daarbij kijk je verder dan de cijfers alleen. Je onderzoekt ontwikkelingen, brengt kansen en risico's in kaart en vertaalt financiële informatie naar duidelijke adviezen voor de organisatie.
