Wedenig Gmbh - Als erfolgs- und mitarbeiterorientiertes Personalbereitstellungsunternehmen mit langjähriger Erfahrung suchen wir für einen unserer Industriekunden in Linz 1 Project Controlling (m/w/*)

Was sind meine Aufgaben?

Für die Abteilung Controlling wird ein:e Project Controller:in mit Fokus auf Kleinprojekte gesucht.

* Anlegen und Warten von Projekten in SAP

* Aufbereiten der WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) sowie der Auftragseingangskalkulation und Einspielen in SAP

* Sicherstellen der korrekten bilanziellen Darstellung eines Projekts entsprechend der anwendbaren Vorschriften (bspw. IFRS, Financial Reporting Guidelines, interne Richtlinien)

* Regelmäßige Analyse der Projektsituation mit dem kaufmännischen Projektleiter hinsichtlich Kosten und Risiken sowie gegebenenfalls Anpassung der Plandaten

* Unterstützung der kaufmännischen Projektleitung bei Projektdurchsprachen mit Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen

* Betreuung von Vertriebsprojekten

* Regelmäßige Projektkosten- und Umsatzplanung

* Teilnahme an Projektmeetings und Project Review Meetings

Was bringe ich mit?

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Genauigkeit und analytische Fähigkeiten

* Teamfähigkeit

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (vorrangig Excel)

* Gute Englisch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Grundkenntnisse in SAP

Neben Ihrer Begeisterung für IT-Tools und Ihrer Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen zeichnen Sie sich durch ein hohes Maß an Genauigkeit sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus. Sie verstehen die Zusammenhänge innerhalb eines Unternehmens gut und behalten auch bei Routinetätigkeiten den Überblick.

Darüber hinaus überzeugen Sie durch eine selbstständige und verlässliche Arbeitsweise sowie eine offene, kollegiale und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit. Es ist uns wichtig, dass Sie sich gut in das Team integrieren und dieses durch Ihr Engagement sowie Ihre Arbeitsweise nachhaltig unterstützen. Veränderungen und neue Anforderungen sehen Sie nicht als Hürde, sondern als Chance, sich weiterzuentwickeln und aktiv einzubringen.
