Aktuell suchen wir für unseren Kunden ab sofort: 1 Project Coordinator Pharma (m/w/d)

Unser Kunde ist ein global tätiges biopharmazeutisches Unternehmen mit Hauptsitz in Brüssel, das sich auf die Erforschung und Entwicklung innovativer Therapien für Menschen mit schweren chronischen Erkrankungen spezialisiert hat - insbesondere in den Bereichen Neurologie und Immunologie.

In Österreich engagiert er sich seit vielen Jahren für eine bessere Lebensqualität von Patient:innen und arbeiten dabei eng mit medizinischen Fachkreisen, Forschungseinrichtungen und Partnerunternehmen zusammen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Erstellung und Verwaltung von Purchase Orders (POs) sowie Rechnungsfreigabe

* Pflege des Customer Relationship Management Systems (ORBIT)

* Organisation interner und externer Events, Kongresse und Sponsoring-Aktivitäten

* Vertrags- und Vorlagenmanagement (Erstellung, Signaturlauf, Ablage)

* Reiseorganisation e in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Reisebüros

* Mustertracking & Reconciliation - Abgleich zwischen Logistikpartner und internen Anforderungen

* Mitarbeit bei der grafischen Gestaltung von Kongressständen und -unterlagen

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen, wirtschaftlichen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich

* Erste Berufserfahrung in einer regulierten Branchen mit straffem Regelkonzept von Vorteil

* Sehr gutes Verständnis für Prozesse, Dokumentation und Compliance-Anforderungen

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, idealerweise auch mit CRM-Systemen (z. B. ORBIT)

* Organisationsstärke, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Eigeninitiative

* Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch

* Teamplayer-Mentalität, Loyalität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
