Deze vooruitstrevende vastgoedontwikkelaar werkt aan ambitieuze projecten verspreid over België. De focus hierbij ligt vnl. op residentiële projecten, maar grote gemengde bouwprojecten komen steeds vaker voor zoals stedelijke gebiedsontwikkelingen, centrumversterkende herbestemmingen en multifunctionele kantoorhubs. Je komt terecht in een professioneel team met directe lijnen naar het management, waar je de ruimte krijgt om je ideeën vorm te geven.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Projectontwikkelaar ben je een sleutelfiguur in het volledige ontwikkelingsproces tot aan de vergunningsfase. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met hands-oncoördinatie en werkt nauw samen met interne collega's en externe architectenbureaus en adviseurs.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Screenen van nieuwe aangereikte opportuniteiten en uitvoeren van haalbaarheidsstudies.
  • Zelfstandig uitwerken van concepten die passen binnen je marktonderzoek en rendementsstudie.
  • Aansturen van externe ontwerp- en adviesteams voor vergunningsaanvragen.
  • Coördineren van het ontwikkelingsproces tot aan vergunning.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met acquisitie, property, projectleiding, klantenbegeleiding, sales en marketing
  • Rapporteren aan de directie en bijdragen aan strategische beslissingen.

Wat heb je nodig om succesvol te zijn?

  • Masterdiploma in architectuur of ingenieurswetenschappen (must)
  • Eerste werkervaring in de sector, bij voorkeur in een architectenbureau of bij een ontwikkelaar
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en brede interesse in vastgoed, stedenbouw en architectuur
  • Ondernemende mindset, communicatief sterk en een echte teamspeler
  • No-nonsense aanpak en zin om verder te groeien in alle aspecten van projectontwikkeling
