Wij zijn op zoek naar een Project Director Electrical & Multitechnical Projects om omvangrijke projecten van € 10 tot € 30 miljoen te leiden, van de studiefase tot en met de oplevering.U bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige voorbereiding en uitvoering van de projecten en waakt over de rendabiliteit, kwaliteit, planning, veiligheid en klanttevredenheid. U coördineert de projectteams, onderaannemers, leveranciers en partners en staat in voor de technische, financiële en contractuele opvolging.Uw verantwoordelijkheden Projecten van A tot Z aansturen, van de studiefase tot en met de oplevering. De uitvoeringsstrategie bepalen en toezien op het budget, de planning en de projectdoelstellingen. Risico’s, knelpunten en opportuniteiten identificeren en hierop tijdig anticiperen. De project- en werfteams aansturen, motiveren en samenbrengen. Onderaannemers, leveranciers en andere projectpartners coördineren. Instaan voor de contractuele, financiële en commerciële opvolging. Efficiënt samenwerken binnen een consortium en daarbij zowel het gezamenlijke projectresultaat als de belangen van de eigen onderneming bewaken. Regelmatig en gestructureerd rapporteren aan de directie. Toezien op de naleving van de vereisten inzake veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu. Een vertrouwensrelatie opbouwen met klanten en partners.

Minstens 10 jaar ervaring in elektriciteit en/of multitechnieken. Ervaring met projecten van € 10 tot € 30 miljoen, van de studiefase tot en met de uitvoering op de werf. Een masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in de industriële wetenschappen of elektrotechniek, dan wel gelijkwaardige ervaring. Sterke vaardigheden op het gebied van projectmanagement, peoplemanagement, budgetbeheer en contractmanagement. Ervaring met projecten in consortiumverband. Sterke samenwerkingsvaardigheden: u kunt de belangen van uw organisatie verdedigen en tegelijk bijdragen aan het gezamenlijke succes. U beschikt over een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans. U onderscheidt zich door leiderschap, verantwoordelijkheidszin, pragmatisme en resultaatgerichtheid.
