Als ZAUNERGROUP sind wir spezialisiert auf die Realisierung hochkomplexer technischer Großprojekte - insbesondere im Bereich Data Center. Unsere internationalen Projektteams arbeiten europaweit an anspruchsvollen Bauvorhaben mit höchsten Anforderungen an Qualität, Dokumentation und Informationsmanagement. In dieser Schlüsselroll direkt auf der Baustelle verantworten Sie das komplette Dokumenten- und Informationsmanagement des Projekts und arbeiten eng mit der Bauleitung, Engineering, Projektmanagement und Subunternehmen zusammen. 1 Project Document Controller (all genders) für Rechenzentrumsprojekt im Großraum Linz Vollzeit Raum Enns / Linz-Land

Aufgaben

* Verantwortung für den gesamten Dokumentenlebenszyklus des Projekts (Pläne, Spezifikationen, RFIs, Technical Submittals, Bau- und Revisionsunterlagen)

* Sicherstellung von Versionskontrolle, Dokumentenregistern, Workflows und Freigaben gemäß Projekt- und Kundenstandards

* Operative Betreuung und Administration der Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) inklusive Struktur, Rechte und Workflows

* User- und Zugriffsmanagement sowie Schulung und Support von Projektteam und Subunternehmern

* Koordination, Einreichung und Nachverfolgung von Technical Submittals

* Qualitätssicherung inkl. Dokumentennummerierung und formaler Prüfung

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Bauleitung, Engineering, Projektmanagement und Nachunternehmern direkt auf der Baustelle

* Unterstützung bei QA/QC-, Commissioning-, As-Built- und Handover-Dokumentation

* Erste Ansprech- und Eskalationsstelle für dokumentenbezogene Themen am Projektstandort

Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (z. B. Lehre, HAK, HTL, FH/Universität) und relevante Berufserfahrung im Projekt- oder Dokumentenmanagement.

* Nachweisliche Erfahrung auf Baustellen ist unbedingt erforderlich, idealerweise auf Großprojekten

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)

* Erfahrung mit Google Drive und MS SharePoint

* Data-Center-Erfahrung von Vorteil

* dementsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)

* Strukturierte, selbstständige und präzise Arbeitsweise

4.500,00 €Wir möchten darauf hinweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt im attraktiven KV Metallgewerbe bei monatlich brutto € 3.300,16 liegt. Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt innerhalb einer Bandbreite von brutto € 3.500,00 und brutto € 4.500,00 und wird gemeinsam mit Ihnen abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung festgelegt.
