Jouw profiel Jouw aanbod Wat je gaat doen Als project- en directieondersteuner ben jij de organisatorische spil binnen de afdeling Kwaliteit. Je ondersteunt de directeur en het team bij het organiseren, plannen en coördineren van hun werkzaamheden. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij verschillende projecten en teamontwikkelingen. Je zorgt dat afspraken worden gepland, acties worden opgevolgd en iedereen over de juiste informatie beschikt. Je denkt mee, ziet wat er moet gebeuren en pakt dit zelfstandig op. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden: - Je beheert de agenda van de directeur en ondersteunt leden van het kernteam bij het plannen en organiseren van afspraken, overleggen en bijeenkomsten. - Je bereidt overleggen voor door agenda's en vergaderstukken te verzamelen en zorgt dat afspraken en besluiten goed worden vastgelegd. - Je houdt acties en deadlines bij en zorgt dat deze onder de aandacht blijven van de juiste collega's. - Je beheert de afdelingsmailbox en afdelingstelefoon en zorgt dat vragen en verzoeken bij de juiste persoon terechtkomen. - Je ondersteunt bij projecten en teamontwikkelingen door bijvoorbeeld planningen en overzichten voor te bereiden en acties uit te zetten. - Je organiseert en bereidt teamsessies, workshops en bijeenkomsten voor. Niet inhoudelijk, maar jij zorgt dat alles eromheen goed geregeld is. - Je ondersteunt bij het voorbereiden en klaarzetten van jaarplannen en opleidingsplannen en houdt vervolgens de voortgang en acties in de gaten. - Je ondersteunt organisatiebrede commissies bij het plannen en organiseren van overleggen, het voorbereiden van...
