Ben jij op zoek naar een boeiende functie waarin je processen optimaliseert en projecten realiseert binnen het machinepark en de infrastructuur? Met jouw expertise draag je bij aan een efficiëntere verwerking en verzending van de kwaliteitsproducten. Dan ben jij de Project/Proces Engineer die wij zoeken.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je stuurt procesverbeterings- en investeringsprojecten aan rond machines en infrastructuur. Je werkt concepten uit in overleg met collega's en management en zorgt voor een vlotte en correcte uitvoering door interne en externe partijen.
  • Je selecteert en bestelt technische installaties, coördineert de plaatsing en volgt de werkzaamheden van gespecialiseerde partners nauwgezet op.
  • Je bewaakt planning en budget van je projecten en ziet erop toe dat alle veiligheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften strikt worden nageleefd.
  • Je onderhoudt actief contact met alle betrokken stakeholders — van productie en onderhoud tot leveranciers, aannemers en management — en zorgt voor een transparant en efficiënt projectverloop.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de OPEX Manager (aan wie je rapporteert), de Technische Dienst en externe partners om infrastructuurprojecten optimaal te realiseren en onderhouden. Je detecteert knelpunten en schakelt de juiste expertise in.
  • Je organiseert opleidingen in samenwerking met interne en externe trainers, zodat medewerkers veilig en efficiënt met nieuwe installaties en processen kunnen werken. Je zorgt ook voor een correcte en tijdige oplevering van alle projectdocumentatie.
  • Je hebt voortdurend oog voor veiligheid en welzijn bij de implementatie van nieuwe werkmethodes en installaties, in samenwerking met de preventieadviseur en andere stakeholders.
  • Je beheert technische dossiers en as-built plannen binnen het ERP-systeem en houdt deze steeds up-to-date.
  • Je maakt deel uit van het HACCP-team en draagt actief bij aan een open, oplossingsgerichte projectcultuur.
  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma en beschikt over relevante technische ervaring (5 à 10 jaar).
  • Je hebt ervaring met projectmanagement en beschikt over basiskennis van onderhandelen.
  • Je denkt op een strategisch niveau en communiceert duidelijk, waardoor je stakeholders vlot meeneemt en iedereen goed geïnformeerd blijft.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en voelt je thuis op de productievloer; je herkent snel knelpunten en werkt samen met de Technische Dienst en OPEX Manager aan doeltreffende oplossingen.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met IT-tools zoals AutoCAD, MS Office en ERP-systemen, die je inzet voor het beheren van technische dossiers, as-built plannen en projectdocumentatie.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en/of Engels, zodat je efficiënt kunt samenwerken met interne en externe partners en internationale stakeholders. Kennis van Frans en Duits is een plus.
