The posting

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse leiding en supervisie op de werf, zowel in binnen- als buitenland.
  • Je waakt erover dat de projecten nauwkeurig volgens plan verlopen en vormt de centrale schakel tussen het ontwerpteam en het plaatsingsteam.
  • Met een scherp oog voor kwaliteit en efficiëntie stuur je de werkzaamheden op de werf aan, bewaak je het ritme van de uitvoering en overleg je regelmatig met alle betrokken partijen, intern en extern.
  • Vanaf de eerste voorbereidende werken tot aan de definitieve oplevering begeleid je elk project met dezelfde gedrevenheid en nauwkeurigheid.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om ook internationale projecten ter plaatse te ondersteunen.
  • (Interieur)architect of ingenieur bouw of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minimum 5 jaar ervaring in werfbeheer en coördinatie
  • Ervaring met projectmanagement en werfcoördinatie
  • Vlotte beheersing van Autocad
  • Kennis van bouwvoorschriften en veiligheidsnormen
  • Goede communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands en het Frans
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en tegelijkertijd goed in teamverband functioneren
  • Sterk in gestructureerd en nauwkeurig werken
  • Proactieve en resultaatgerichte werkhouding
  • Flexibel en een doorzetter
  • Goede kennis van het MS Office pakket (Word, Excel en Outlook)
  • Ervaring met Navision is een groot pluspunt, maar als je het nog niet beheerst, ben je bereid om dit snel eigen te maken met onze ondersteuning
