Voor een innovatieve productieomgeving in regio Lokeren wordt een Project Engineer gezocht die technische projecten van A tot Z in handen neemt.

De Project Engineer krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over zowel het verbeteren en herontwikkelen van bestaande producten als het ontwerpen van nieuwe technische oplossingen, eventueel volledig op maat van de klant.

Als Project Engineer krijgt de medewerker volledig eigenaarschap over toegewezen engineeringprojecten en volgt deze zelfstandig op van ontwerp tot implementatie.

Het takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Ontwerpen en ontwikkelen van nieuwe producten en technische oplossingen.
  • Verbeteren en herontwikkelen van bestaande producten binnen het huidige productgamma.
  • Uitwerken van klantspecifieke ontwerpen en maatwerkoplossingen.
  • Technische ontwerpen testen in het eigen onderzoekslabo.
  • Meten en beoordelen van de luchttechnische prestaties van nieuwe ontwerpen.
  • Analyseren van meetresultaten en technische data.
  • Aanpassen en optimaliseren van ontwerpen op basis van testresultaten.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit, correctheid en uniformiteit van technische metingen.
  • Opvolgen van de geldende regelgeving rond ventilatie.
  • Nieuwe ontwerpen, wijzigingen en maatwerken correct integreren in het ERP-systeem.
  • Zorgen voor een duidelijke technische communicatie met andere afdelingen en collega's op verschillende vestigingen.
  • Actief meedenken over toekomstige productontwikkelingen en verdere technische verbeteringen.
  • Rapporteren aan de Teamleader Engineering.
  • Beschikt over een hogere technische opleiding, bij voorkeur binnen een relevante engineeringrichting.
  • Heeft een sterk technisch en analytisch inzicht.
  • Heeft interesse in productontwikkeling, ontwerp en engineering.
  • Kan technische informatie en meetresultaten analyseren en vertalen naar concrete verbeteringen.
  • Werkt nauwkeurig en heeft aandacht voor kwaliteit.
  • Kan zelfstandig een technisch project opvolgen en verantwoordelijkheid nemen over het resultaat.
  • Is sterk in probleemoplossend denken en zoekt actief naar technische verbeteringen.
  • Kan vlot samenwerken met collega's uit verschillende afdelingen.
  • Communiceert duidelijk en professioneel.
  • Heeft voldoende ondernemingszin en initiatief om mee te bouwen aan een organisatie in ontwikkeling.
  • Denkt niet alleen uitvoerend, maar ook strategisch mee over technische oplossingen en volgende stappen.
