Ben jij een technisch sterke engineer die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt over projecten van concept tot oplevering? Voor een internationale productieomgeving in regio Zeebrugge zijn we op zoek naar een Project Engineer die technische investeringsprojecten van A tot Z begeleidt.

Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over CAPEX-projecten binnen de productieomgeving en werkt daarbij nauw samen met Operations, Maintenance, interne stakeholders en externe leveranciers. Je combineert technische kennis met projectmanagement en staat graag dicht bij de werkvloer.

Functie omschrijving Als Project Engineer begeleid je technische investeringsprojecten vanaf de eerste conceptfase tot en met de uiteindelijke oplevering en overdracht naar de organisatie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Samen met interne stakeholders de projectscope bepalen en deze gedurende het volledige project bewaken.
  • Technische oplossingen bespreken en afstemmen met Operations, Maintenance en de medewerkers op de werkvloer.
  • Opstellen van functionele en technische specificaties.
  • Offertes aanvragen, analyseren en vergelijken bij leveranciers en contractors.
  • Technische oplossingen en componenten waar mogelijk standaardiseren.
  • CAPEX-aanvragen voorbereiden en uitwerken, inclusief budgetraming, planning en businesscase.
  • Projecten leiden en coördineren van concept tot implementatie.
  • Budget, timing, kwaliteit en veiligheid gedurende het volledige project bewaken.
  • Interne teams, leveranciers en externe partners coördineren tijdens de uitvoering.
  • Beslissingen nemen wanneer dit nodig is om de voortgang van het project te garanderen.
  • Zorgen voor een gestructureerde oplevering en correcte technische documentatie.
  • De overdracht naar Operations en Maintenance organiseren.
  • Punchlists en resterende actiepunten na oplevering opvolgen.
  • Projecten evalueren en lessons learned meenemen naar toekomstige investeringsprojecten.

We zoeken een Project Engineer die technische kennis combineert met een hands-on aanpak.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in engineering, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt ongeveer 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen project engineering of technische projecten.
  • Ervaring binnen een industriële productieomgeving is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent technisch sterk en voelt je comfortabel in een omgeving waar je regelmatig op de werkvloer aanwezig bent.
  • Je kan zelfstandig projecten opnemen en neemt verantwoordelijkheid over jouw scope.
  • Je durft beslissingen te nemen en knopen door te hakken wanneer nodig.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsbewust.
  • Veiligheid, hygiëne en GMP-richtlijnen draag je hoog in het vaandel.
