The posting

Voor een klant, gelegen te Hamont en gespecialiseerd in hoogwaardige metaalconstructies, zijn we op zoek naar een Project Engineer. Je takenpakket als ingenieur bestaat uit:

  • Je vertaalt het projectontwerp naar een realiseerbaar en kostenefficiënt project en zoekt daarbij naar efficiënte productie- en montage oplossingen;
  • Je maakt een projectplanning op van activiteiten, nodige materialen voor productie en montage;
  • Je tekent productietekeningen in 2D en 3D en zorgt voor de technische uitwerking van gevelsystemen, ramen en deuren, bevestigingen en randafwerkingen. Indien nodig stuur je een tekenaar aan;
  • Je bezorgt voor jouw project de nodige informatie aan de inkoper voor een tijdige levering van de noodzakelijke materialen en doet de logistieke voorbereidingen voor montage;
  • Tenslotte maak je de nodige montageplannen;
  • Je stelt zeker dat de status en efficiëntie van alle project activiteiten gemeten en verbeterd worden;
  • Je werkt mee aan de opbouw van toekomstige businessprocessen voor een optimale projectwerking;
  • Je vertaalt interne project business processen naar een meer optimaal IT systeem / ERP;
  • Je helpt mee aan de standaardisering van werkmethodes.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of master in bouw of elektromechanica;
  • Bij voorkeur heb je al verschillende jaren ervaring in gevelbouw;
  • Je werkt graag in een projectteam en bent goed in het plannen en organiseren van eigen werk en diverse taken binnen het project;
  • Ruimtelijk inzicht is een van jouw sterktes;
  • Je neemt initiatief om het werkproces waar mogelijk te verbeteren (proces en projectmatig analytisch inzicht) en bent een kritische denker;
  • Je bent vertrouwd met Inventor 3D of bent bereid dit te leren. Verder ben je vertrouwd met Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS project en een ERP systeem.
