Als Project Engineer speel je een cruciale rol in de productieprocessen bij dit metaalverwerkend bedrijf. Je werkt in een team van drie personen en begeleidt projecten van A tot Z.

  • Van kostprijsberekeningen en het vertalen van klanttekeningen naar productieklare ontwerpen, tot werkvoorbereiding, productieopvolging en oplevering.
  • Je maakt nauwkeurige kostenramingen en zoekt de meest efficiënte en kwalitatieve oplossing, rekening houdend met materiaalkeuze, productiemethoden en beschikbare machines.
  • Je bent technisch aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne als externe stakeholders.
  • Je werkt samen met sales, productie, kwaliteit en magazijn.
  • Continue verbetering zit in je DNA. Je denkt actief mee na over het optimaliseren en moderniseren van processen en onderzoekt mogelijkheden om efficiënter, sneller en kwalitatiever te werken, onder meer via automatisering, robotisering,..
  • Je voelt je thuis in een productieomgeving en bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werkvloer om lopende projecten op te volgen, controles uit te voeren en waar nodig bij te sturen.

Wij zoeken een gemotiveerde en gedreven Project Engineer die zich herkent in onderstaande eisen:

  • Bachelor Elektromechanica of Ontwerp- en Productietechnologie.
  • Basiskennis van technische tekenprogramma's, bij voorkeur SolidWorks.
  • Affiniteit met productietechnieken en -processen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een teamgerichte instelling.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit met oog voor detail.
  • Interesse in productieautomatisatie en PLC-kennis is een pluspunt.
