Als Project Engineer bij VDL Wientjes zorg jij ervoor dat nieuwe producten succesvol worden ontwikkeld en geproduceerd. Je verbindt techniek, planning en communicatie en houdt grip op projecten van begin tot eind. Wat ga je doen? Als Project Engineer begeleid je klantspecifieke projecten binnen onze kunststofverwerkende productieomgeving. Je houdt overzicht over planning, budget, kwaliteit en voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen op het juiste moment aangehaakt zijn. Het ene moment werk je aan een product- of procescalculatie, het volgende moment begeleid je een proefproductie of stem je af met leveranciers over nieuwe productiemiddelen. Je bent betrokken vanaf de eerste klantvraag tot aan de succesvolle overdracht naar productie. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het bewaken van projectbudgetten - Het onderhouden van contact met klanten, leveranciers en interne stakeholders - Het maken of bewerken van 3D product tekeningen - Het opstellen van product- en procescalculaties in samenwerking met verkoop - Het organiseren en begeleiden van proefproducties - Het coördineren van procesvrijgaven, zoals PPAP-trajecten - Het begeleiden van klantspecifieke projecten - Het begeleiden van de ontwikkeling en aanschaf van productiemiddelen, zoals spuitgiet- en persmatrijzen Wat breng je mee?
