Voor een bouwfirma in Merelbeke, zijn we vandaag op zoek naar een nieuwe collega in de functie Project Engineer.

Jouw takenpakket als Project Engineer:

  • Planning en middelenbeheer: Je ontwikkelt een middellange- en langetermijnplanning en zorgt voor een realistische inschatting van de benodigde middelen (personeel, grondstoffen en hulpmaterialen) om projecten succesvol uit te voeren.
  • Technische uitvoering: Je bedenkt en werkt uitvoeringsmethoden uit in lijn met de contractuele vereisten en in samenwerking met jouw projectteam.
  • Resourcebeheer: Je vraagt offertes aan bij (onder)aannemers en leveranciers, en coördineert aankopen conform de eisen in het bestek.
  • Wetgeving en administratie: Je interpreteert en implementeert de wettelijke en administratieve vereisten uit het bestek. Samen met het projectteam stel je het draaiboek en het uitvoeringsbudget op.
  • Rendement en budgetbewaking: Je monitort de voortgang en prestaties ten opzichte van het uitvoeringsbudget. Eventuele meerwerken of verrekeningen stem je af met jouw projectleider.
  • Kwaliteitsborging: Samen met het projectteam beheer je het kwaliteitsborgingssysteem en zorg je dat alle werkzaamheden voldoen aan de technische en wettelijke eisen.
  • Werfbezoeken: om een goed overzicht te houden van de voortgang van de werken en de gebruikte resources, ben je zelf zeer regelmatig aanwezig op onze werven.

ProfielDit ben jij als Project Engineer:

  • Je genoot een hogere technische opleiding (professionele technische bachelor of master).
  • Je bent in staat projecten nauwgezet te becijferen en problemen creatief en oplossingsgericht aan te pakken.
  • Je bent een vlotte communicator en een stressbestendige teamplayer met een behoorlijke dosis gezond verstand.
  • Je kan goed overweg met MS Office (Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Kennis van het Frans is een sterke troef
