Dit bedrijf is een producent binnen de machinebouw die zich specialiseert in systemen voor intern transport en material handling. De organisatie ontwikkelt en levert transportbanden, bufferbanden, potmachines, rollenbanen, watergeefstations en ketting- en potvorken voor uiteenlopende toepassingen en verkoopt deze systemen internationaal. Het bedrijf werkt projectmatig aan klant specifieke machines en aan herbruikbare standaarden voor veelgebruikte machineonderdelen. De engineeringafdeling werkt projecten tot in detail uit voordat deze de productie ingaan en bewaakt het totale ontwerp van machinelijnen en robotsystemen. De productieomgeving en de technische afdelingen werken nauw samen met engineering en inkoop om projecten tijdig en conform specificatie op te leveren. De medewerkers krijgen een hoge mate van zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid en worden aangemoedigd om initiatief te nemen en kennis te delen. Het team bestaat uit bijna 60 collegafs en voert projecten uit die zowel standaardoplossingen als klant specifieke ontwerpen omvatten. De organisatie zet in op innovatie en doorontwikkeling van het productportfolio en ondersteunt medewerkers met trainingen en cursussen om technische kennis te vergroten. De vestiging in De Lier functioneert als centraal punt voor engineering en projectcoördinatie.
