Ze bieden geïntegreerde advies-, ontwerp- en projectdiensten die zorgen voor een optimale balans tussen comfort, kostenbeheersing en duurzaamheid. Hun aanpak combineert innovatie, hergebruik en flexibiliteit, van ontwerp tot uitvoering. Dankzij meerdere vestigingen werken ze dicht bij hun klanten en bevorderen ze duurzame mobiliteit voor hun medewerkers. Momenteel zijn ze ter versterking van het team op zoek naar een Project Engineer.

Jobomschrijving

Als Project Engineer in Tielt-Winge, Vlaams-Brabant, België ondersteun je uiteenlopende projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering. Je werkt nauw samen met interne stakeholders en externe partners om planning, kwaliteit en voortgang op elkaar af te stemmen.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • Voorbereiden, opvolgen en administratief ondersteunen van projecten.
  • Opstellen en bewaken van planningen, actiepunten en technische documentatie.
  • Meewerken aan het analyseren van projectvereisten en het vertalen daarvan naar concrete acties.
  • Coördineren van communicatie tussen betrokken partijen en het signaleren van afwijkingen of risico’s.
  • Ondersteunen bij rapportering, voortgangscontrole en de opvolging van deadlines.
  • Bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen en het optimaliseren van de projectaanpak.

Je krijgt de kans om in een afwisselende rol ervaring op te bouwen binnen projectwerking, waarbij zelfstandigheid, nauwkeurigheid en een pragmatische aanpak belangrijk zijn.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een kandidaat met 0 tot 3 jaar ervaring die gemotiveerd is om zich verder te ontwikkelen in projectengineering. Je combineert een leergierige houding met een gestructureerde manier van werken en een goede communicatievaardigheid.

Typische vereisten zijn:

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische, industriële of relevante richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Basiskennis van projectopvolging, planning en administratieve rapportering.
  • Analytisch denkvermogen en oog voor detail.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een professionele samenwerking met verschillende betrokkenen.
  • Vlot kunnen werken met MS Office; ervaring met projecttools is een pluspunt.
  • Een proactieve, nauwkeurige en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding.

Affiniteit met technische omgevingen, organisatie en coördinatie is een meerwaarde. Je bent bereid om te leren en verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen binnen een dynamische projectomgeving.
