The posting

Voor een industriële productieomgeving zoeken we een ervaren Freelance Project Engineer Utilities.

Je staat in voor de voorbereiding en realisatie van technische projecten rond nutsvoorzieningen en productieondersteunende installaties. Het gaat om een combinatie van kleinere optimalisaties, vervangingsinvesteringen en grotere CAPEX-projecten.

De projecten kunnen onder meer betrekking hebben op stoom, condensaat, perslucht, proceswater, koelwater, HVAC, industriële gassen, energievoorziening en afvalwaterbehandeling.

Je begeleidt de projecten van scopebepaling en engineering tot uitvoering, commissioning en overdracht aan operations en maintenance.

Functieomschrijving

  • Voorbereiden en begeleiden van CAPEX- en OPEX-projecten binnen utilities.
  • Uitwerken van projecten rond onder andere: Stoom- en condensaatsystemen Persluchtinstallaties Proces-, koel- en industrieel water HVAC- en ventilatiesystemen Industriële gassen Afvalwater en waterbehandeling Energievoorzieningen en technische distributienetten
  • Analyseren van bestaande utility-installaties en identificeren van optimalisatie- of vervangingsbehoeften.
  • Vertalen van operationele noden naar een duidelijke technische scope en haalbare projectoplossing.
  • Opstellen van URS-documenten, technische specificaties, scopebeschrijvingen en plannen van aanpak.
  • Opstellen, controleren en aanpassen van P&ID’s, technische lay-outs en 3D-modellen.
  • Dimensioneren en selecteren van leidingen, pompen, kleppen, warmtewisselaars, tanks en andere utility-componenten.
  • Uitvoeren of coördineren van technische berekeningen en capaciteitsstudies.
  • Opvragen, technisch beoordelen en vergelijken van offertes van leveranciers en aannemers.
  • Coördineren van engineering, aankoop, constructie, installatie en indienstname.
  • Bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit, budget en planning.
  • Afstemmen met productie, maintenance, engineering, automatisatie, E&I en HSE.
  • Technisch ondersteunen bij storingen, capaciteitsproblemen en opstartissues.
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van testen, commissioning en technische oplevering.
  • Verzorgen van projectdocumentatie en overdracht naar operations en maintenance.
  • Bachelor of master in elektromechanica, energietechnologie, industriële wetenschappen of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een industriële of productieomgeving.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met projecten rond utilities en technische infrastructuur.
  • Goede kennis van meerdere utility-systemen, zoals stoom, perslucht, water, koeling, HVAC, energie of afvalwater.
  • Ervaring met zowel kleinere technische modificaties als grotere CAPEX-investeringen.
  • Ervaring met het lezen, opstellen en aanpassen van P&ID’s.
  • Kennis van CAD- en/of 3D-tekenpakketten.
  • Inzicht in piping, pompen, kleppen, warmtewisselaars en technische distributiesystemen.
  • Basiskennis van meet- en regeltechniek, instrumentatie en industriële automatisatie.
  • Kennis van Siemens S7, TIA Portal of Schneider PLC-systemen is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, gestructureerd en neemt ownership over je projecten.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en regelmatig aanwezig op de werkvloer.
  • Je communiceert vlot met techniekers, contractors, leveranciers en interne stakeholders.
