Een dynamisch en snelgroeiend bedrijf in de HVAC-sector is op zoek naar een Project Engineer HVAC om hun team te versterken. Dit bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in het uitvoeren van uitdagende HVAC-projecten voor commerciële en industriële klanten, en biedt innovatieve, op maat gemaakte oplossingen aan die voldoen aan de hoogste normen.

Als Project Engineer HVAC ben je verantwoordelijk voor de calculatie en opvolging van diverse HVAC-projecten. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende stakeholders, waaronder klanten, studiebureaus, projectmanagers en leveranciers. In deze veelzijdige rol ben je betrokken bij zowel de commerciële als technische aspecten van het project, van het ontwikkelen van gedetailleerde offertes tot het opvolgen van de uitvoering.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Begeleiden van de commerciële fase: opstellen van offertes, analyseren van meetstaten en technische vereisten, en onderhandelen met onderaannemers en leveranciers.
  • Voorbereiding en opvolging van HVAC-projecten: zorgen voor de tijdige uitvoering van projecten door planningen op te stellen, technische specificaties te controleren en samen te werken met projectleiders.
  • Procesverbetering: identificeren van kansen om de interne werkprocessen en de samenwerking met externe partners te optimaliseren.
  • Een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in een bouwkundige of elektromechanische richting.
  • Ervaring in de HVAC-sector is een pluspunt; ervaring in projectcoördinatie is mooi meegenomen.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om technische uitdagingen efficiënt op te lossen.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, bij voorkeur ook in het Frans, zodat je gemakkelijk met verschillende teams kunt samenwerken.
  • Je houdt van uitdagingen, lost graag problemen op en haalt tevredenheid uit resultaat.
