Vacature details Solliciteren Functieomschrijving Als Project Engineer zorg jij ervoor dat de ICT-omgevingen van onze klanten optimaal functioneren. Met jouw technische kennis en enthousiasme ben je een waardevolle aanvulling op ons gedreven team. Je werkt proactief, kijkt verder dan de directe vraag en zoekt altijd naar structurele oplossingen. Samen met je collega's werk je continu aan het verbeteren van onze dienstverlening en zorg je voor een hoge klanttevredenheid. Je ontwerpt, implementeert, migreert en beheert on-premise, cloud- en hybride omgevingen. Daarnaast werk je met een breed scala aan hardware en netwerkcomponenten, zoals servers, firewalls, switches, access points, NAS-systemen, laptops, desktops, printers en mobiele apparaten. Daarnaast ben je een betrouwbare sparringpartner voor klanten en collega's. Je vertaalt ICT- en securityvraagstukken naar praktische, toekomstbestendige oplossingen en legt jouw adviezen helder vast in rapportages. Ook zorg je ervoor dat deze oplossingen succesvol worden geïmplementeerd. Dit zijn je dagelijkse werkzaamheden: - Ontwerpen, implementeren, migreren en beheren van IT-infrastructuren, netwerken en systemen - Beheren en optimaliseren van hardware, netwerken en overige IT-omgevingen - Analyseren en oplossen van complexe technische vraagstukken, zowel op afstand als op locatie bij klanten - Documenteren van systemen, processen en wijzigingen voor een goede kennisborging - Onderzoeken, testen en implementeren van nieuwe technologieën en verbeteringen - Adviseren van klanten over ICT-vraagstukken en het uitwerken van passende oplossingen ...
