The posting

Bij een industriële productieorganisatie in Terneuzen werk je aan de besturingstechniek van printinglijnen en bijbehorende productiemachines. Binnen Maintenance & Engineering richt je je op nieuwe projecten, modificaties en het betrouwbaar houden van bestaande installaties. Je ontwikkelt en beheert besturingssoftware en elektrotechnische tekeningen, met Siemens PLC- en SCADA-systemen als belangrijke technische basis. Daarbij vertaal je vragen vanuit de productie naar uitvoerbare technische oplossingen. Je werkt in dagdienst en schakelt met collega’s uit engineering, onderhoud en productie. De ene dag programmeer je een wijziging of pas je een elektrisch schema aan; de andere dag beoordeel je een leveranciersvoorstel en bewaak je de voortgang en kosten van een project. Je verdiept je verder in industriële communicatie, aandrijftechniek en continu verbeteren, en brengt die kennis direct in de praktijk bij aanpassingen aan de printinglijnen. Functie-inhoud - Vertaal interne klantwensen naar functionele specificaties, technische omschrijvingen en betrouwbare besturingssoftware. - Programmeer PLC- en SCADA-aanpassingen en voer wijzigingen door aan bestaande besturingshardware. - Maak en wijzig elektrotechnische tekeningen en beheer versies van tekeningen en software. - Adviseer interne klanten en het afdelingshoofd over besturingstechnische oplossingen en verbeteringen. - Selecteer geschikte ontwikkelpartners en beoordeel technische oplossingen van leveranciers. - Bewaak projectkosten, technische voortgang en prestatie-indicatoren en lever relevante managementinformatie. Functie-eisen - Je hebt een relevante afgeronde hbo-opleiding en enkele jaren ervaring in industriële automatisering. - Je kent Siemens PLC- en SCADA-systemen; ervaring met TIA Portal, STEP 5, STEP 7 en WinCC heeft de voorkeur. - Je hebt kennis van OPC, Profibus en Profinet; kennis van Lenze- of Siemens-aandrijfsystemen is een pré. - Je bent bekend met TPM, Lean of Six Sigma en kunt verbetervoorstelle.
