Als steunpilaar binnen onze projecten zorg jij ervoor dat technische ideeën vlekkeloos worden omgezet in resultaat. Je bent de verbindende factor tussen onze technische experts en de Project Manager. Met jouw scherpe blik op engineeringkwaliteit, planning en budget zorg je dat elk project een succes wordt.

  • Plan, coördineer en voer multidisciplinaire engineeringanalyses uit, en verzamel en interpreter technische gegevens ter ondersteuning van ontwerpbeslissingen en projectresultaten
  • Stel uitgebreide technische rapporten, studiedocumentatie en presentaties op die bevindingen effectief communiceren naar zowel interne belanghebbenden als externe partners
  • Controleer engineering-deliverables, tekeningen en berekeningen om te verifiëren of deze overeenstemmen met de normen, specificaties en vereisten
  • Werk nauw samen met aannemers en interne belanghebbenden om feedback te consolideren, afwijkingen aan te pakken en ervoor te zorgen dat oplossingen volledig op elkaar zijn afgestemd
  • Identificeer kansen voor verbetering door geleerde lessen (lessons learned), operationele feedback en best practices uit de sector te integreren, om zo de engineeringnormen bij de uitvoering van lopende en toekomstige projecten te verhogen
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma Ingenieurswetenschappen (Engineering)
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in technische ondersteuning bij maritieme of offshore projecten
  • Pluspunt: Ervaring met de bouw of exploitatie van offshore-activa
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, gericht op effectieve afstemming met interne en externe belanghebbenden
  • Analytisch sterk met een bewezen staat van dienst in het oplossen van complexe vraagstukken en het nemen van onderbouwde beslissingen
  • Vermogen om autonoom te werken, prioriteiten te stellen en volledige eigenaarschap te nemen over resultaten
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Internationaal reizen: het kan oplopen tot 50% van de tijd dat je in het buitenland vertoefd
