The posting

In deze functie word je Key Account van 1 of meerdere klanten. Je bent de schakel tussen de klant enerzijds en uw collega's uit productie, kwaliteit, tooling, inkoop, logistiek ... anderzijds.

Je takenpakket zal in hoofdzaak hieruit bestaan :

  • Lancering van nieuwe orders : Bij het ontvangen van een bestelling ben je verantwoordelijk voor volgende stappen :
  • organiseren aankoop van onderdelen, tooling, .. bij leveranciers ism inkoop
  • organiseren van multi-disciplinaire interne APQP (Advanced Production Quality Planning) vergadering
  • de correcte invulling in het ERP systeem
  • Je superviseert en coördineert de eerste productiereeks (APQP) van ‘uw' bestelling ism QA (Quality Assurance) , Productie en Planning.
  • Je communiceert, waar nodig, met uw klant
  • Je voert nacalculatie uit op de eerste productiereeksen en voert, waar mogelijk, verbeteringen door
  • Intern aanspreekpunt voor vragen en problemen omtrent je open of afgewerkte projecten
  • Extern aanspreekpunt voor aankopers en R&D engineers van je klanten
  • Eigenaar van verschillende kleine of grote verbeterprojecten, via de Six Sigma DMAIC methodologie, (dit kan zowel in productie, R&D, rationalisaties, organisatie,...)
  • Uitvoeren van diverse nacalculaties als input voor mogelijke verbeteracties.
  • Indien nodig, kun je ook aangesteld worden voor het opmaken van offertes naar onze klanten. Hierbij analyseer je de prijsvraag op technisch , kwaliteit en logistiek vlak (haalbaarheid) en bereken je de productiekosten. Dit in samenwerking , waar nodig, met
  • productie, quality assurance, inkoop en logistiek.

Je rapporteert aan de Sales & Project Manager.

§ Master (Industrieel Ingenieur) electromechanica

§ Je hebt bij voorkeur reeds ervaring in de automotive sector.

§ Je bent een communicatieve en assertieve teamplayer die vlot samenwerkt met de verschillende Fomeco teamleden om de doelstellingen te behalen

§ Commerciële aanleg is zeker en vast een extra troef, maar de basis van de functie is technische haalbaarheid, stiptheid, structuur, opvolgen, nakomen afspraken, betrouwbaarheid, gedrevenheid, ...

§ Je bent in staat om de belangen van Fomeco te verdedigen in een goede relatie met de klant

§ Je durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen

§ Goede kennis Engels is een must
