Project Engineer HVAC & Sanitair – Calculatie & Werkvoorbereiding

Als Project Engineer HVAC & Sanitair combineer je technische engineering, calculatie en werkvoorbereiding. Je vertaalt de behoeften van de klant en de projectvereisten naar doordachte, haalbare en kostenefficiënte installaties. Daarbij ga je verder dan louter prijsberekening: je denkt actief mee over concepten, werkt technische oplossingen uit en draagt bij aan design-and-buildprojecten.

Je bent betrokken vanaf de voorstudie en offertefase tot en met de projectopstart en nacalculatie. Zo vorm je de technische brug tussen klant, projectleider, leveranciers, onderaannemers en uitvoering.

· Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in klimatisatie, koeltechniek, elektromechanica, energietechnologie of een gelijkwaardige technische richting.

· Je hebt bij voorkeur enkele jaren ervaring in calculatie, engineering, werkvoorbereiding of projectondersteuning binnen HVAC en sanitair.

· Je hebt een sterk technisch inzicht en bent in staat om zelfstandig concepten te ontwikkelen, berekeningen uit te voeren en ontwerpkeuzes te motiveren.

· Je denkt oplossingsgericht en voelt je thuis in projecten waarbij ontwerp en uitvoering nauw met elkaar verbonden zijn.

· Je interpreteert plannen en lastenboeken vlot en zet ze om in technisch onderbouwde en praktisch uitvoerbare oplossingen.

· Je werkt analytisch, planmatig en nauwkeurig en houdt tegelijk rekening met budget, planning en uitvoerbaarheid.

· Je kan meerdere kleine en grote projecten gelijktijdig structureren, prioriteiten stellen en taken coördineren.
