The posting

Bij een Brabants familiebedrijf in Erp, actief in industriële automatisering en utiliteitsbouw, verbind je hardware-engineering met PLC- en SCADA-software. Je begeleidt automatiseringsprojecten van ontwerp tot inbedrijfstelling en blijft met de klant werken aan verbetering van het productieproces. Je werkt aan installaties voor onder meer de mengvoer-, beton- en levensmiddelenindustrie, milieutechniek en automotive, bij klanten in Nederland en daarbuiten. In de dagelijkse praktijk ontwerp je hardware met EPLAN P8, ontwikkel en test je besturingssoftware en stem je technische keuzes af met klanten en ervaren collega’s. Je bewaakt je eigen planning en begroting en zorgt dat gebruikers met de installatie kunnen werken. De samenwerking is informeel, met korte lijnen en ruimte om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen. Via uiteenlopende projecten, cursussen en opleidingen verdiep je je kennis van Siemens-besturingen, visualisatie en de samenhang tussen elektrotechniek en procesautomatisering. Functie-inhoud - Ontwerpen van elektrotechnische hardware met EPLAN P8 volgens de afgesproken technische eisen - Ontwikkelen en beheren van PLC-programma’s en visualisaties voor operatorpanels en SCADA-systemen - Testen van hardware en software in de werkplaats en met offline simulatiesoftware - In bedrijf stellen van besturingen bij klanten en optimaliseren van productieprocessen - Bewaken van projectplanning en begroting en bijsturen bij afwijkingen in overleg met betrokkenen - Opstellen van gebruikershandleidingen en engineering- en softwarespecificaties - Verzorgen van trainingen en instructies voor gebruikers Functie-eisen - Hbo-diploma elektrotechniek of industriële automatisering, of een mbo-diploma met minimaal vijf jaar relevante ervaring - Enkele jaren ervaring met zowel software- als hardware-engineering - Ervaring met PLC’s en SCADA-systemen, in het bijzonder met Siemens - Analytisch vermogen en een praktische, oplossingsgerichte aanpak - Zelfstandig kunnen werken en tijdi.
