Als Project Engineer Industriële Automatisering in Veghel richt je je op de besturing van machines en processen binnen de fabrieksindustrie. Je vertaalt technische vraagstukken naar uitvoerbare automatiseringsoplossingen en bewaakt de samenhang tussen PLC-software, HMI, elektrotechniek en de installatie op de werkvloer. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar functionaliteit, maar ook naar bedrijfszekerheid, veiligheid en onderhoudbaarheid. Je overziet het traject van functionele specificatie tot testen en ingebruikname. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je technische keuzes af met software engineers, elektrotechnici en betrokkenen vanuit productie en onderhoud. Je bespreekt signalenlijsten, beoordeelt besturingsconcepten en helpt afwijkingen tijdens het testen te analyseren. Zo combineer je engineering met praktische probleemoplossing. Je verdiept je verder in industriële communicatie, procesbesturing en projectmatig werken, zodat je steeds beter kunt onderbouwen welke oplossing bij een productieproces past. Functie-inhoud - Vertalen van productievragen naar functionele specificaties en besturingsconcepten - Afstemmen van PLC-, HMI- en SCADA-functionaliteit met betrokken engineers - Bewaken van technische raakvlakken, planning en voortgang binnen automatiseringsprojecten - Beoordelen van elektrotechnische documentatie, I/O-lijsten en industriële netwerken - Voorbereiden en begeleiden van FAT, SAT en ingebruikname - Analyseren van technische afwijkingen en vastleggen van oplossingen en wijzigingen Functie-eisen - Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau in elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering of mechatronica - Ervaring met engineering van industriële besturingsinstallaties - Kennis van PLC- en HMI-systemen, bijvoorbeeld Siemens TIA Portal of Rockwell - Inzicht in industriële communicatie, zoals PROFINET, EtherNet/IP of Modbus TCP - Je kunt technische schema’s lezen en functionele eisen helder vastleggen - Je stemt zelfstandig af met technische collega’s en houdt overzicht over proj.
