Jouw baan als Project Ingenieur Machineveiligheid

Voor een productiebedrijf in de regio Wetteren zoeken we een Project Ingenieur Machineveiligheid die een belangrijk verbetertraject rond machineveiligheid mee vormgeeft. Het project ontstond naar aanleiding van een arbeidsinspectie waarbij een actieplan werd opgelegd om tekortkomingen rond machineveiligheid weg te werken. Je combineert technische diepgang met projectcoördinatie en bent actief betrokken van analyse tot implementatie. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met operationeel management, directie, technische diensten en externe partners. Het gaat nadrukkelijk niet om een zuivere projectmanagementrol: je voert zelf analyses uit en werkt concrete oplossingen uit. Op termijn kan de scope uitbreiden naar internationale vestigingen.

Gelukkig kunnen we op jou rekenen bij het:

  • Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses rond machineveiligheid en CE-conformiteit.
  • Uitwerken van technische oplossingen zoals afschermingen, noodstops en veiligheidsvoorzieningen.
  • Opstellen van specificaties en technische dossiers voor aanpassingen aan installaties.
  • Coördineren van externe partijen zoals machinebouwers, studiebureaus en keuringsinstanties.
  • Opvolgen van uitvoering, testen en opleveringen op de productiesite.
  • Bewaken van planning, deadlines en rapportering naar management en directie.
  • Realiseren van een aantoonbare en conforme afronding van het actieplan van de arbeidsinspectie.

Soft skills

Je werkt zelfstandig, communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders en weet technische uitdagingen pragmatisch om te zetten in haalbare oplossingen. Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen detailwerk op de werkvloer en het bewaken van het grotere projectplaatje.

Hard skills

  • Bachelor of master in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met machineveiligheid, risicoanalyses en CE-trajecten.
  • Kennis van relevante normen en wetgeving zoals EN ISO 12100, EN ISO 13849-1 en de Machinerichtlijn.
  • Ervaring met het zelfstandig leiden van technische projecten en het aansturen van meerdere stakeholders.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands.
