Als Project Engineer Machinebouw ben jij de technische spil in het realiseren van innovatieve machineconcepten. Jij vertaalt klantwensen naar concrete technische ontwerpen en begeleidt het volledige engineeringproces. Van het eerste klantgesprek tot de uiteindelijke oplevering ben jij betrokken bij alle technische aspecten van het project. Je werkt nauw samen met collega engineers, werkvoorbereiders en de productieafdeling om ervoor te zorgen dat elk project volgens planning, budget en specificaties wordt opgeleverd. Jouw technische kennis en probleemoplossend vermogen maken het verschil in het succesvol realiseren van complexe machineprojecten. In deze functie combineer je engineering met projectcoördinatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het technische ontwerp, maar houdt ook overzicht over de voortgang en bewaakt de kwaliteit gedurende het hele proces. Dit vraagt om een pragmatische aanpak waarbij je technische perfectie weet te combineren met praktische haalbaarheid. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten op technisch gebied en weet complexe vraagstukken helder te communiceren naar alle betrokken partijen. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Vertalen van klantwensen naar technische specificaties en functionele ontwerpen; - Uitwerken van complete machineconcepten in 3D CAD (Inventor of SolidWorks); - Berekenen en selecteren van componenten zoals aandrijvingen, besturingen en pneumatiek; - Coördineren van het engineeringproces en afstemmen met productie en inkoop; - Technisch afstemmen met klanten en adviseren over optimale oplossingen; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit gedurende het project; - Begeleiden van inbedrijfstellingen en oplossen van technische vraagstukken ter plaatse.
