Als Project Engineer Machinebouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor het technisch ontwerp en de opvolging van klantspecifieke, geautomatiseerde installaties. Je vertaalt de behoefte van de klant naar een technisch haalbare oplossing en bewaakt het project van engineering tot oplevering.

  • Je ontwerpt en engineered klantspecifieke industriële systemen.
  • Je maakt technische tekeningen, stuklijsten, specificaties en andere projectdocumentatie op.
  • Je werkt voornamelijk met 3D CAD-software en zorgt ervoor dat ontwerpen technisch en productietechnisch uitvoerbaar zijn.
  • Je coördineert jouw projecten met productie, aankoop en planning en bewaakt de vooropgestelde deadlines.
  • Je overlegt met Application Engineers en Sales om klantvragen te vertalen naar concrete technische oplossingen.
  • Je werkt samen met Electrical Design Engineers en PLC-programmeurs voor de integratie van elektrische sturingen en automatisatie.
  • Je ziet erop toe dat ontwerpen voldoen aan de geldende CE-richtlijnen, veiligheidsnormen en interne engineeringstandaarden.
  • Je ondersteunt indien nodig de commissioning en ingebruikname van installaties bij klanten.
  • Je denkt actief mee over standaardisatie, kostenoptimalisatie en verbeteringen aan bestaande ontwerpen.
  • Je draagt als Project Engineer Machinebouw bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van nieuwe technische oplossingen en systeemmogelijkheden.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een Project Engineer Machinebouw met een technische bachelor en een sterke interesse in mechanisch ontwerp, machinebouw en projectmatige engineering. Je hoeft niet alle technologieën al volledig te beheersen, maar neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en denkt oplossingsgericht mee.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in Elektromechanica, Mechanica of een gelijkwaardige technische opleiding.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring binnen project engineering, machinebouw of industriële systemen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met 3D CAD-software; kennis van Autodesk Inventor is een sterke troef.
  • Kennis van EPLAN en/of Siemens PLC is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je hebt kennis van of interesse in CE-regelgeving en machineveiligheid.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en houdt overzicht over verschillende technische aspecten, deadlines en betrokken partijen.
  • Je bent communicatief en werkt graag samen met collega's uit verschillende technische disciplines.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid over jouw projecten en zoekt actief naar oplossingen wanneer technische uitdagingen ontstaan.
  • Een goede Nederlandse taalkennis is een must.
  • Je beschikt daarnaast over een goede kennis van het Engels vanwege de internationale werkomgeving.
