Onze klant is een wereldwijde machinebouwer met een stevige reputatie. Ze realiseren projecten volledig op maat, waarbij elk traject uniek is en technische diepgang vereist. Vanaf het eerste concept tot en met de oplevering nemen ze alles zelf in handen.

Binnen de organisatie werk je samen met interne teams zoals engineering, aankoop en uitvoering, en met montageploegen en onderaannemers op de werf. Ze houden de lijnen kort, zodat beslissingen snel genomen kunnen worden en projecten vooruitgaan. Kwaliteit, planning en veiligheid zijn geen ‘extra’s’, maar vaste onderdelen van hoe men werkt. Ze stimuleren initiatief en geven mensen ruimte om processen te verbeteren en ownership te nemen. Zo bouwen ze niet alleen machines op maat, maar ook langdurige relaties en een sterk team.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Project Engineer ben jij de spil die planning, uitvoering en communicatie samenbrengt
  • In deze rol ben je vanaf de kick-off betrokken en zorg je dat alles vlot en gestructureerd verloopt
  • Je fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor de klant
  • Je organiseert overlegmomenten en stuurt de montageploeg aan
  • Je verzorgt de projectdocumentatie en rapporteert de voortgang aan stakeholders
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de financiële opvolging (facturatie + nacalculatie)
  • Je hebt een diploma Industrieel Ingenieur Elektromechanica of je bezit over een bachelorsdiploma met minstens 3 jaar ervaring in technisch projectmanagement
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Bovendien ben je stressbestendig en nauwkeurig
