Als Project Engineer Precisiemechanica word je verantwoordelijk voor projecten van A tot Z. De klant neemt rechtstreeks met jou contact op met hun specifieke noden voor mechanische stukken die uiterst nauwkeurig ontworpen en geproduceerd moeten worden. Dit hele project, zowel de voorbereiding en ontwerp, als de effectieve productie en eventuele herstellingen, worden door jou behartigd.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opmaken van de voorcalculatie
  • Ontwerpen en ontwikkelen van fijnmechanische onderdelen en systemen met behulp van SolidWorks.
  • Programmeren van de CAM-software.
  • Bedienen van diverse CNC-gestuurde machines voor de productie van uiterst nauwkeurige mechanische componenten. (Siemens of Heidenhain)
  • Beheren van projectdocumentatie en zorgen voor accurate rapportage.
  • Doorheen het hele proces houd je nauw contact met de klant. Je gaat daarbij ook sporadisch ter plaatse bij klanten verspreid over heel België om de klantvraag te analyseren.
  • Je hebt minstens een Bachelor diploma in een technische richting (mechanica, elektromechanica, werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar).
  • Ervaring in het ontwerpen van fijnmechanische componenten is een meerwaarde.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van CAD-software (bij voorkeur SolidWorks) en CAM-programmatie.
  • Grondige kennis van fijnmechanische principes (laserlasser, freesmachines, draaibanken, zinkvonk- en draadvonkmachines) en materialen.
  • Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken in een team.
  • Oog voor detail en een proactieve werkhouding.
  • Goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal.
