En wil je meehelpen de wereld efficiënter, slimmer en veiliger te maken? Lees dan verder! Wat ga je doen? Als Project Engineer Navigatie werk je aan projecten gericht de ontwikkeling en het testen van positie en navigatie systemen, zowel voor navigatie op basis van GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System, zoals GPS en Galileo) als andere systemen en sensoren. De PNT-systemen worden toegepast om positiebepaling van voertuigen, waaronder drones, robuuster te maken door gebruik te maken van verschillende sensoren aan boord. Je werkzaamheden zijn zeer divers. Hieronder volgen een aantal voorbeelden: - integratie/implementatie werkzaamheden voor prototypes, real-time data processing, real-time data-fusion, post-process data analyse; - onderzoeken welke sensoren gebruikt kunnen worden voor navigatiedoeleinden en het up-to-date houden van de kennisbasis van onze afdeling op dit gebied; - ontwikkelen van softwareoplossingen waarmee we experimenteel verschillende methodes kunnen testen en vergelijken; - ondersteuning bij de opzet, uitvoering en analyse van testen, zoals met een GNSS simulator of bij het NLR Drone Centre in Marknesse.
