Werk je daarbij graag samen met een team van professionals voor klanten in diverse high tech sectoren? Dan is de vacature Project Engineer New Product Introduction (NPI) écht iets voor jou! Wilting is een toonaangevend bedrijf in de hightech sector en momenteel op zoek naar een gedreven Project Engineer voor onze afdeling New Product Introduction (NPI). In deze dynamische rol werk je nauw samen met de driehoek van productie, projectmanagement en klantrelaties. Als Project Engineer NPI beschik je over een sterke technische achtergrond en voeg je in het voortraject direct waarde toe door complexe vraagstukken rond maakbaarheid en systeeminrichting te vertalen naar praktische oplossingen. Je werkt in multidisciplinaire teams en bent samen met de projectmanager het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, zowel in het (pré-)offertestadium als na opdracht. Daarbij word je vroeg betrokken bij de engineeringsfase en neem je na opdracht de verantwoordelijkheid voor de industrialisatie. Je levert een stabiel en volledig uitgewerkt productieproces op, inclusief afspraken met partners en toeleveranciers. Kortom, concreet hou jij je bezig met: - Ontwikkelen en implementeren van maakstrategieën voor onderdelen, met focus op verspanende en niet-verspanende productietechnieken. - Borgen van het maakproces door het vastleggen en organiseren van de productieflow - Leveren van feedback aan ontwikkelteams, zowel intern als extern, met als doel de haalbaarheid op het gebied van kwaliteit, techniek, logistiek en kosten te waarborgen. - Vrijgeven en vastleggen van technische aspecten. - Organiseren van review meetings in samenspraak met de verantwoordelijke project manager met klanten en leveranciers om technische vraagstukken op te lossen en vri...
