Onze klant is wereldleider in de ontwikkeling en productie van innovatieve energie- en industriële oplossingen, waaronder warmtewisselaars, waterstoftechnologie en andere toepassingen. Voor hun headquarters in Lummen, waar zowel R&D, engineering als productie onder één dak zitten, zoeken we een ambitieuze Project Engineer Product Development.

  • Je leidt een productontwikkelingsteam bestaande uit specialisten en designers om een product te definiëren dat voldoet aan de technische doelstellingen, kwaliteitseisen, vooropgestelde timing en budgetten.
  • Je plant, organiseert, coördineert en bewaakt het volledige productontwikkelingsproces om de mijlpalen en deliverables van het project te behalen.
  • Je bent zelf niet bezig met studies, berekeningen of ontwerpen, maar neemt wel de volledige verantwoordelijkheid en het leiderschap op voor de productdefinitie binnen je projecten op basis van stakeholderinput.
  • Je faciliteert consensus en afwegingen met interne en externe stakeholders om de projectdoelstellingen te realiseren.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische communicatie met klanten en co-development teams voor jouw toegewezen projecten. In dit kader ondersteun je Sales met technische presentaties bij klanten.
  • Je bewaakt de tijdige en volledige beschikbaarheid van de vereiste documentatie, conform de bestaande procedures binnen het Product Creation Process.
  • Je blijft verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en onderhoud van de productconfiguratie van jouw producten tot aan het einde van hun levenscyclus.
  • Industrieel of Burgerlijk ingenieur met affiniteit voor technische productontwikkeling.
  • Dankzij enkele jaren relevante ervaring ben je uitgegroeid tot een mature professional die zelfstandig beslissingen kan nemen en verantwoordelijkheid opneemt.
  • Je beschikt over een sterk leervermogen en absorbeert snel complexe en specialistische informatie binnen uiteenlopende domeinen.
  • Je neemt van nature de leiding op, brengt de juiste stakeholders samen en zorgt voor draagvlak rond beslissingen.
  • Kennis van warmtewisselaars, of algemener: stainless steel, sheet metal, plaatbewerking en/of lastechnieken zijn sterke pluspunten.
  • Je bent perfect Nederlandstalig met vlotte kennis van het Engels.
