Als Project Engineer Werktuigbouwkunde ben je verantwoordelijk voor het technisch ontwerpen, uitwerken en begeleiden van machinebouwprojecten vanaf de conceptfase tot aan de implementatie. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van verschillende disciplines zoals elektronica, software en productie om tot geïntegreerde oplossingen te komen die voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen. In deze uitdagende functie ben je het technische geweten van de projecten en zorg je voor innovatieve en efficiënte oplossingen die aansluiten bij de wensen van de klant. Jouw taken bestaan onder andere uit: - Het technisch ontwerpen en engineeren van machineonderdelen en -systemen; - Het maken van 3D-modellen en technische tekeningen met behulp van CAD-software; - Het uitvoeren van berekeningen en analyses om de functionaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van ontwerpen te waarborgen; - Het opstellen van materiaallijsten en specificaties voor inkoop; - Het begeleiden van de bouw- en installatiefase van de ontwikkelde machines; - Het documenteren van ontwerpen en processen volgens kwaliteitsnormen; - Het adviseren over technische verbeteringen en innovaties in bestaande producten.
