Jobomschrijving

Als Project Ingenieur word je een sleutelfiguur in het projectteam. Je krijgt een brede en afwisselende verantwoordelijkheid:

  • Meewerken aan het ontwerp van projecten en het opstellen van aanbestedingsdossiers
  • Plannen en voorbereiden van projecten, steeds met oog voor optimalisatie
  • Bewaken van kwaliteitsnormen en opvolgen van het budget
  • Regelmatig controleren van projectkosten en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Delen van informatie en coördinatie tussen alle partners: klanten, architecten, studiebureaus en interne afdelingen
  • Voorbereiden van de uitvoering op de werf, zorgen dat alle materialen en middelen ter plaatse zijn
  • Toezien op de naleving van veiligheidsprocedures en kwaliteit tijdens de uitvoering

Dit ben jij:

• Je hebt een opleiding als Burgerlijk, Industrieel of Bouwkundig Ingenieur

• Je bent een starter of hebt al eerste relevante ervaring in de bouw

• Je bent vlot in Nederlands, Frans én Engels

• Je werkt zelfstandig, bent georganiseerd en oplossingsgericht

• Je kan goed samenwerken, bent integer en commercieel ingesteld

• Je hebt sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en gaat graag aan de slag met digitale tools

• Ervaring met aanbestedingen is een pluspunt
