The posting

Als project ingenieur in de machinebouw krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over uiteenlopende projecten en beweeg je tussen ontwerp, atelier, klant en werf. Je technische ervaring komt hier echt van pas: je denkt mee, maakt keuzes, volgt de uitvoering op en zorgt dat projecten vooruitgaan. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Je komt terecht in een gedreven technisch team waar mensen rechtstreeks met elkaar communiceren en waar initiatief nemen eerder wordt aangemoedigd dan afgeremd.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je volgt verschillende machinebouwprojecten op van ontwerp tot uitvoering.
  • Je stemt technische oplossingen en verwachtingen af met de klant.
  • Je volgt de planning en voortgang van projecten op.
  • Je controleert de uitvoering in het atelier en op de werf.
  • Je bespreekt technische problemen en zoekt samen met collega's naar praktische oplossingen.
  • Je volgt technische tekeningen en ontwerpen op en bewaakt de correcte uitvoering.
  • Je rapporteert over de voortgang en communiceert tijdig wanneer er moet worden bijgestuurd.
  • Je organiseert je eigen agenda en bepaalt mee waar je op welk moment nodig bent.
  • Je combineert bureauwerk met bezoeken aan werven in België, Nederland en Noord-Frankrijk.
  • Je houdt verschillende projecten en deadlines tegelijk onder controle.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleiding en neemt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid op binnen de projecten.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een technische KMO met korte communicatielijn. De organisatie realiseert industriële technische projecten voor verschillende klanten en sectoren. Door de projectmatige werking is geen opdracht hetzelfde en krijg je veel variatie in je werk. Je werkt samen met een ervaren team waarin rechtstreeks overleg, initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid centraal staan.

  • Je hebt een bachelor elektromechanica en ervaring als projectleider in de sector.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en bent in het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs B.
