Bij STROOHM streven we naar kwaliteit en excellentie. Samen met alle collega’s willen we andere bedrijven helpen om zoveel mogelijk elektrische kilometers te rijden. Een bedrijf in STROOHM-versnelling gaat vanzelfsprekend gepaard met een groeiende nood aan experten! Daarom zijn we op zoek naar een Residentieel Project Lead om ons residentieel team te versterken. In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het plannen, coördineren en opleveren van laadoplossingen. Je zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen klanten, leveranciers en interne teams en bewaakt elk project van A tot Z.

WAT ZAL JE DOEN?

  • Jij leidt onze residentiële projecten van A tot Z: van intake tot oplevering, zowel bij de klant als met ons team van techniekers.
  • Je communiceert helder met klanten en interne teams en zorgt voor een vlotte afstemming.
  • Jij bent hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten en interne teams en zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt.
  • Jij houdt de deadlines en kosten in de gaten en anticipeert op mogelijke uitdagingen.
  • Je bewaakt de technische en operationele kwaliteit van de installaties en zorgt voor een feilloze uitvoering.

WAT BRENG JE MEE?

  • Energie, drive en een flinke dosis enthousiasme!
  • Ervaring in projectmanagement, bij voorkeur in een technische of residentiële omgeving.
  • Technische kennis van elektromechanica, elektriciteit of residentiële installaties. Een VCA-attest is mooi meegenomen.
  • Sterke communicatieskills in het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit: Jij denkt in oplossingen en neemt initiatief.
  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
