En vandaag? Vandaag kijken we samen met één van onze klanten uit naar een Project Lead E&PS voor een project binnen de chemische sector.

Voor het Project Delivery team binnen Engineering & Property Services (E&PS) zoeken we een technisch sterke Project Lead die verantwoordelijk zal zijn voor verschillende investeringsprojecten.

De werkplaats in Geel is een complexe 24/7 productieomgeving met meerdere productieplants, chemische ontwikkeling, magazijnen, energievoorzieningen en milieu-installaties. De projecten situeren zich voornamelijk binnen utilities en facilities, waaronder HVAC, stoom, koelsystemen, water, perslucht, stikstof, elektriciteit en cleanrooms.

Je zal meerdere CAPEX-projecten gelijktijdig beheren, met projectbudgetten tussen €30.000 en €500.000.

Je bent een technisch onderlegde Project Lead die projectmanagement combineert met voldoende kennis om inhoudelijk mee te denken met engineers, contractors en andere stakeholders.

  • Master Industriële Wetenschappen of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring met het zelfstandig leiden van technische CAPEX- of investeringsprojecten binnen een industriële omgeving.
  • Brede technische kennis en duidelijke affiniteit met utilities en/of facilities.
  • Je kunt P&ID's en andere technische engineeringdocumentatie begrijpen en gebruiken.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van contractors, studiebureaus en multidisciplinaire projectteams.
  • Ervaring binnen pharma, chemie, life sciences of een andere complexe productieomgeving is een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Kennis van GMP en/ofEHS is een plus.
  • Kennis van ATEX, PED, piping, HAZOP, FMEA/FMECA en/of machinerichtlijnen is een meerwaarde.
