In this role, you will combine project management expertise with logistics engineering knowledge to design, implement, and standardize sustainable solutions in a dynamic logistics environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to optimize logistics processes, improve operational performance, and support the implementation of innovative warehouse solutions. Requirements: - At least five years of experience as a Project Lead in a logistics or warehouse environment. - A proven track record of successfully delivering logistics improvement projects from initiation through implementation and handover. - Experience in logistics engineering and the design and implementation of logistics processes and warehouse solutions. - A bachelor's or master's degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field. - A recognized project management certification, such as Lean, Six Sigma, PRINCE2, or an equivalent qualification. - Experience with Lean methodologies and change management. - Strong project leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills. - Experience managing project scope, planning, resources, risks, stakeholders, and deliverables. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - A proactive, results-oriented mindset, with the ability to take ownership and work effectively under pressure. - Professional proficiency in English. - Willingness and ability to meet th...
