- Werken bij Bostik - Over Arkema - Bouw & Constructie Back Bouw & Constructie - Industriële Toepassingen - Project Leader Engineering Rotterdam | Fulltime Project Leader Engineering Voor Arkema B.V. - locatie Rotterdam zijn wij per direct op zoek naar een ervaren Projectleider - fulltime. Wat ga jij doen? In deze functie leidt en realiseert je meerdere, gelijktijdige onderhouds-, modificatie- en nieuwbouwprojecten op het terrein van Arkema B.V. te Rotterdam van initiatief tot en met overdracht en met integrale verantwoordelijkheid voor veiligheid, kwaliteit, scope, planning, budget en risico's. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden bestaan o.a. uit: - Ervoor zorgen dat je project gerelateerde activiteiten worden uitgevoerd en dat meerdere projecten gelijktijdig beheerst worden - vanaf initiatief tot uitvoering, commissioning en overdracht aan de productie; - Het opstellen en bewaken van integrale projectplanningen; - Het maken en/of nalopen van haalbaarheidsstudies, kostencalculaties en technische specificaties; - Je stemt actief af met productie, maintenance, HSE, engineering, leveranciers, contractors en andere belanghebbenden; - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en bewaken van de projectbudgetten en je biedt ondersteuning bij het opmaken van CAPEX investeringsjaarplannen; - Je zoekt leveranciers en zorgt ervoor dat d.m.v. aanvraagdocumentatie offertes worden ontvangen en vervolgens de technische bid evaluatie wordt gemaakt; - Je neemt de leiding om ervoor te zorgen dat het 'gate'-proces wordt gevolgd (inclusief alle vereiste deliverables) en je leidt de presentaties. Jij maakt deel uit van de afdeling Engineering. Jij rapporteert aan de Engineering Manager. Jouw standplaats is Rotterdam. Wie zijn wij?
