Dit kunnen zowel projecten in de bouw-, energie- als maritieme sector zijn. Zo kun je terecht komen bij bijvoorbeeld Bol.com, Feadship, The Ocean Cleanup of Alliander. Op jouw opdracht ondersteun jij projectteams door inzicht te geven in planning en de voortgang van projecten. Help processen en samenwerking te verbeteren Met jouw scherpe blik Met jouw scherpe blik help je processen en samenwerking te verbeteren. Door vlieguren te maken in een projectomgeving en samen te werken met andere Critical Minds ontwikkel jij jezelf in korte tijd tot bijvoorbeeld change adviseur of projectmanager. Op basis van jouw voorkeur en talenten bepaal jij jouw eigen pad binnen Critical Minds. Naast werken staan ondernemen en leren hoog in ons vaandel. Elke twee weken heb je een dag vrij van de opdracht om trainingen te volgen en te bouwen aan het bedrijf op ons kantoor in Kamerik. Zo krijg je gedurende je eerste twee jaar op hoog tempo vele trainingen waarmee je jezelf ontwikkelt op meerdere vlakken: vakinhoudelijk, professioneel en persoonlijk. Daarnaast helpt iedereen Critical Minds te laten groeien. Zo zijn er Critical Minds die deelnemen aan ons marketing-, sales- of recruitment team. Andere Critical Minds starten zelf initiatieven op, zoals het organiseren van een netwerkevenement of inspiratiesessies. Ben jij dit?
