What will you do as Project Management Director? As Project Management Director, you will have overall responsibility for the project delivery organisation. You will ensure predictable project execution as well as effective financial control. You will be responsible for comprehensive project cost estimation, budgeting, cost control and project performance. You will lead the project management organisation and ensure professional working practices, clear governance and effective collaboration between Projects and departments such as Technology, Engineering, Service, Supply Chain and Operations.
