Voor een internationale en projectgedreven organisatie zoeken we een ervaren PMO die projectmanagers ondersteunt en zorgt voor structuur, transparantie en een efficiënte opvolging van projecten en portfolio’s. Je combineert sterke organisatorische vaardigheden met analytisch inzicht en weet complexe projectinformatie te vertalen naar heldere rapporteringen en managementinformatie.

Functie omschrijving

  • Je bewaakt projectplanningen, mijlpalen, deliverables, resources, budgetten en deadlines en signaleert tijdig afwijkingen en risico’s.
  • Je verzamelt, controleert en consolideert projectinformatie en staat in voor dashboards, KPI’s, statusrapporteringen en portfoliotrackers.
  • Je ondersteunt projectmanagers bij governance, steering committees en managementmeetings en verzorgt agenda’s, presentaties, notulen en actiepunten.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en actualiteit van projectdata en zorgt voor een gestructureerd beheer van projectdocumentatie via SharePoint en Teams.
  • Je ondersteunt de projectwerking via tools zoals Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps/Jira, Excel en PowerPoint en werkt mee aan standaardisatie van processen en templates.
  • Je neemt zelfstandig ownership over acties en deliverables, identificeert verbeterpunten en ondersteunt projectmanagers proactief waar nodig.
  • Je beschikt over 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen PMO, projectcoördinatie of portfolio support.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van projectmanagement, Agile, Waterfall en hybride projectmethodologieën.
  • Je bent sterk in planning, rapportering, consolidatie, resourceopvolging en bij voorkeur budget-, risico- en issuebeheer.
  • Je hebt ervaring met Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint en Teams; kennis van Azure DevOps of Jira is een sterke troef.
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden en kunt complexe informatie helder vertalen naar managementniveau.
  • Je werkt autonoom, nauwkeurig en proactief en beheerst Engels en Frans professioneel; kennis van Nederlands is een pluspunt.
