Aufgaben * In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position unterstützt du die Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer Initiativen mit einem klaren Fokus auf Projektmanagement und Zielerreichung. * Du übernimmst die End-to-End-Verantwortung für strategische und operative Projekte - insbesondere für die Erstellung von Projektplänen und die Steuerung des Umsetzungsfortschritts in Abstimmung mit den relevanten Geschäftsbereichen sowie für die Identifikation und Eskalation potenzieller Hindernisse. * Durch die kontinuierliche Überwachung und Koordination strategischer und operativer Projekte und Programme im gesamten Konzern leistest du einen wesentlichen Beitrag zu deren termingerechter und erfolgreicher Umsetzung. * Du unterstützt den Vorstand bei der Erstellung von Konzepten und Präsentationen sowie von Analysen, Berichten und Statistiken und schaffst damit wesentliche Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Unternehmen. * In dieser Funktion berichtest du an den Head of Strategy & Transformation und arbeitest eng mit dem Vorstand, Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus dem Transformation Office und dem Board Office, verschiedenen Fachbereichen sowie internationalen Gesellschaften zusammen. Du verstehst es, relevante Informationen einzuholen, zu konsolidieren und sinnvoll miteinander zu verknüpfen.

Profil * Du hast ein Hochschulstudium (Universität oder Fachhochschule), idealerweise mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem bzw. betriebswirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt, abgeschlossen. * Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement; praktische Erfahrung im Einzelhandel ist von Vorteil. * Deine Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch strukturiertes und selbstständiges Denken sowie eine lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise aus. * Persönlich überzeugst du durch Proaktivität, Flexibilität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Einsatzbereitschaft und absolute Zuverlässigkeit. * Für diese Position bringst du ein fundiertes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Kenntnisse im Umgang mit PMO-Tools wie Jira und Confluence mit. Darüber hinaus verfügst du über sehr gute Excel- und PowerPoint-Kenntnisse sowie kommunikationssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. * Ein professionelles Auftreten, hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine teamorientierte Arbeitsweise machen dich zu unserem idealen Kandidaten bzw. unserer idealen Kandidatin.
