In deze dynamische functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van hoogwaardige technische ondersteuning aan onze klanten die onze bedrijfskritische orderverzamelsystemen gebruiken. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen onze klanten en onze technische oplossingen. - Je biedt telefonische ondersteuning aan klanten bij technische problemen met onze software- en hardwaresystemen. - Je analyseert en lost problemen snel en efficiënt op, zowel op afstand als on-site bij de klant. - Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van andere afdelingen om complexe problemen op te lossen. - Je draagt bij aan de continue verbetering van onze producten en diensten door feedback van klanten te verzamelen en te analyseren. - Je deelt je kennis en expertise met collega's en klanten door middel van trainingen en documentatie. - Een uitdagende functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte voor eigen initiatief. - De kans om te werken met geavanceerde technologieën in een innovatieve omgeving. - Een informele werksfeer met betrokken collega's en een sterke teamgeest. - Een zeer goede balans tussen werkuren en vrije tijd. - Je hebt minimaal een MBO werk- en denkniveau met een relevante opleiding en je bent leergierig. - Je hebt aantoonbare affiniteit met software, elektronica en robotica. - Een servicegerichte "hands-on" mentaliteit. - Je bent communicatief vaardig, klantgericht en stressbestendig en je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed.
