Als projectmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het projectmanagement in de breedste zin van het woord. Je initieert en organiseert projecten van initiatieffase tot en met realisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met opdrachtgevers, architecten, adviseurs en uitvoerende partijen. Als projectmanager ben je eindverantwoordelijke op het gebied van zowel financieel als procesmatige aspecten voor meerdere projecten tegelijk. Je stuurt de projectteams aan en bent verantwoordelijk voor de inkoop, het bewaken van de planning en het budget. Belangrijk is dat je zorg draagt voor het realiseren van de kwaliteitsstandaarden van het bedrijf, dat je nieuwe kennis over materialen borgt en verantwoordelijk bent voor de opleveringen evaluatie van rendabele projecten. Je komt terecht in een zeer afwisselende functie door de diverse opdrachtgevers en projecten. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Minimaal een afgeronde, technische of bouwkundige, HBO opleiding; - Kennis van bouwbesluiten en regelgeving in Nederland; - Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; - Kennis van Microsoft Office; - Kennis van een geautomatiseerd (ERP-) systeem waarin je het projectmanagement digitaal kunt administreren; - Ervaring in het gebruik van 4PS, dit is een pré.
